We had a fantastic experience working with Dhanushi and would highly recommend her. We were living in London while searching for a home in Alexandria/Arlington, which could have made things really difficult, but Dhanushi made it feel manageable from day one. She did so many Zoom walkthroughs with us and was always willing to visit homes on our behalf—even early in the search. She never once made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time. She’s knowledgeable, honest, and clearly cares about the people she works with. One thing we really appreciated was how focused she was on value. She always walked us through the comps and helped us understand whether a home was priced fairly and had good long-term potential. What really sets her apart is that her support didn’t end at closing. Even after we moved in, she’s continued to answer questions and check in with thoughtful messages. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her clients and their families. We feel lucky to have worked with Dhanushi and would absolutely work with her again in the future.

We are so happy we found The Davenport Group and specifically our Realtor, Josh Relin. After our first call with Josh we felt he was the right person to work with due to his background/experience and level of support he provided to us on that call. Throughout the whole process we never felt any pressure and Josh was ALWAYS on top of any/every question we had at all times. It was comforting seeing homes with Josh who was able to point out so many different things we'd likely not have realized to review on our own. When it came to putting in an offer Josh really eased our stress and helped us navigate through the process as well as positioned us to eventually win on our offer. Matt and the Davenport team expertly supported us in the sale of our home in Arlington and the purchase of our new homen also in Arlington. On the sale, this included helping us stage and market our property to generate enough interest for us to get our asking price despite it being outside peak market. Matt and the team helped us time the sale and close so that it was perfectly lined up with the purchase of our new property. They very much went above and beyond to support us in our goal of having a smooth transition between homes. On the purchase of our new home, which was new construction, Matt and the team supported us throughout, from the design/build phase all the way through closing. Matt lined up inspectors, helped us get a competitive rate, and ensured our builder was delivering on the product, including raising issues with the building company's CEO when (the inevitable!) miscommunications occurred. This gave us great confidence in our investment, as we had a place to go with all of our questions and challenges tied to buying a new home - especially new construction. They helped us buy the perfect home for my family. I dont know how else to explain it any better. I am very happy with the whole process and I highly recommend working with them. Being first time home buyers we had no idea that there were so much involved when buying a home. But they were so knowledgeable about every aspect that they made things easy to understand and helped us get through the hurdles. As time progressed the more we learned and the anxiety slowly lessened. Alot of the times people are just afraid of what they dont know and working with them gave us the confidence because it was easy to comprehend once they've explained the whole process. I flooded my realtor with so many questions and sometimes very late at night and she still took time to respond to us when we had concerns.
